We began catering in 1987 and have had a local and loyal following since then. As the founder of Ashland's beloved Primavera and Helena Darling Catering, Helena is the area's most in demand chef. Toasts.
Chilled, Chive Poached Wild Salmon
with Three Sauces: saffron aioli, spinach pesto and roast red pepper.
Juniper Cured Sliced Breast of Chicken.
Local Red Potatoes with Basil, Cornichons and Shallots.
Local Heirloom Tomatoes with Marinated Feta and Roast Olives.
Roast Summer Carrots with Caramelized Onions.

Includes good quality disposable plates and flatware, disposable glasses, tablecloths for buffet table, serving dishes for food, delivery and pick-up.

Pulled Pork
Dry rubbed with Helena’s house blend and slowly roast til it falls apart. Yum.
Mesquite Chicken Drumsticks with Barbecue Sauce
Housemade barbecue sauce mingles with mesquite and a delicious dry rub made just for poultry.
Barbecued Tri Tip
Slowly, slowly cooked over wood, finished
with a garlicky barbecue sauce ($3.50 per person additional)
Beanpot Beans
Slow simmered pintos with a rich sauce and a hint of chile
Red Pepper Coleslaw
Our beloved tangy, crunchy coleslaw unlike the others
